Handbrake

Hi all, my handbrake is adjusted to the last and still rolling could I get any bit at the shoes.
 
You can adjust at the hubs , rear of the backing plate , pull out the little black rubber blanker/cover ,leave the hand brake down and adjust until it locks the wheel and then back it off 1-2 clicks to free it , once both sides are done , pull the handbrake up and down to centre the shoes

Car needs to be up in the air on the rear and in gear or on a lift
