Hi Guys

I have been told that i was a member of the ISDC a while ago, tbh i dont remember this as i had a stroke 3 weeks ago.
Fergus Hinds and Alan Duffy(Scruff) told me about this and i will be honest, i did not know whether to post or not.

The problem i have is that my long term memory has been damaged a bit, and i dont seem to remember faces / names.

Anyway its good to see the Site again, even if i dont really remember it. Hopefully in time i will recover.

Ray good to see you posting. All the lads on the site have been wishing you the best on your recovery. I have a 2004 WRX. You dont know me but i've seen you posting here before. Hopefully you'll attend some meets this year if your feeling up to it. What kind of impreza have you ? How you feeling ? :)

Welcome back Ray, good to hear you are feeling well enough to come back on here.

I remember being at an event with you a few years ago, an open day @ Macspower down Athy way. Paul had the subaru owners club down for a display & had some dodgy twin cammers putting on a bit of a show, and the only thing that seperated them doing donuts from our cars was a metal safety barrier, I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only person more than a little worried :(

As to my speedy recovery, im afraid that will take time. The only reason i still hav the scooby is its the one thing i do remember clearly.. funny that!

I would love to meet up, but a few things stop me. Long drives are out for the moment, and 2nd the car needs a service badly so until i can get the car to Ian byrne(yes i remember Ian now). I wont be going to any meets unless they are in Gorey :(

I wish you the best Ray. I remember the meet at Couture Auto a few years ago. I think you were the one cooking some top quality burgers if Im not mistaken.
