Cheers guys thats great, how is the quality on the cheap ones? I dont mind spending a bit more to get good quality.

Look on the likes of donedeal and gumtree as well as facebook rally pages, there is a lot of people selling helmets thats been barely used. So they're of a high standard compared to non FIA/Snell approved helmets. You can pick of up cracker deals as many people buy helmets and then realise rallying (navigating) isn't for them after buying all the gear. Also you might come across an out of date helmet which there is nothing wrong with (money making scam IMO), and pick it up for a pitance. Rally helmets are great especially if you plan on taking passenger runs as you can still talk to each other.
