HELP TRANSFERING VIDEO FROM PHONE TO LAPTOP

Dont know what i did but can anyone help.

Was trying to load video from phone to laptop.Somehow i changed it to something and the format is not available.

The name is ending with .xml
Anoter one is WMPInfo.xml.

Was originally just trying to load onto laptop and was then going to put on disk

Had about 8 different videos and only able to open 1 now

.xml is not a video file, it should be .3gp or .mp4, there is a few others. .xml is the configuration file for something on the phone. What phone are you trying to get the videos off?
