High Rise Spoiler brake light

Folks has anyone came across replacement brake lights for the high rise spoiler. I know there is different types of spoiler. Looking for 2 replacements 1 where the light is on the lower part of the spoiler and anotger where the light is on the top part of the spoiler. Im looking for either or both if possible.

Its a hard one to even search for online.
