I brought a pc of eBay for £1000
Sent the money by bank transfer and the seller told me he had recivied it and would
Post the next day with tracking and insure it for 1000. Well it will be two weeks posted this Monday
I asked him for the tracking details and he told me that it was too much money to send it tracking but it was
Insured, I ask him for the details he now tells me that the number they gave him don't exsist and
That parsel force are to blaim!
I ask for my money back and he told me that I have to cover half the loss and he would be willing to refund me 500.
That sucks
 
if he gave you a dodgy tracking number, obviously he is lying to you, open a dispute with ebay to get all your money back. Paypal is a lot safer to use for future reference

he sounds dodgy, anytime i sent something by post or courier i got a tracking number, he is only telling you lies. i dont bother buying anything off ebay anymore, my brother bought a digital receiver box on ebay and the man told him he sent it out the next day and it was coming by courier, then a week went by and still nothing so i sent him 2 emails about a tracking number and no reply off him then a month went by so my brother started a paypal dispute, then it went to the last day of the dispute and he phoned my brother and threatned him with the police and he tried to make out that my brother didnt pay him at all and he did fooking gangster, he got his money back through paypal :new_2gunsfiring_v1:

your entitled to your money back, start a ebay dispute :angry1:
 
I might give it till tomorrow , I'd be a little worried if I report him
And he just desides not to give me any money back I'm not sure what eBay
Can do for me ?

Stay away from ebay!! :angry1: :angry1:

Heard a lot of stories of Paypal refusing too pay out when things don't go to plan though too so money isn't safe for me with them either! :wall:

iv never had any problem with paypal paying out on ebay deals...that went bad :thumbsup: if i cant use paypay i wont buy it on ebay :icon_pray:
