I Phone 5 not working

Youngfellas phone has stopped working and meteor looking for €260 to fix it

Seemingly deleted all photos and turned off and won't turn back on
Am told it's not jailbroken

Anyone any suggestions

Did you try hook it up to a pc or laptop?

had similar problem with mine last week

i just kept the finger on top button and home button until it showed the picture to connect to itunes
plug cable in to phone and pc then itunes will open up and just reinstalled the phone
lost all stuff on phone but most was backed up anyway but saved me getting it repaired

exact same thing happened mine carlo hold the power on/off button for 10 seconds then the home button for 10 sec its does a reboot and away ya go
