Does anyone know of this importing site?? well im sure alot of yis do but anyway. I have been lookin up stuff and anoyin myself with things that i wanna buy but cant!! But just wanting to know, When i've seen something i like thats goin up for auction, i always want to know how many bids were put onto this particular car. And also I really want to know the final price that it was auctioned for.

Does anyone know how to find out this information after the car has been auctioned or do you just have to keep on looking at it and keep watching it? or is there anymore info you are able to get on the cars apart from the auction sheet that gives out info bout scratches etc.

Cheers, Paddy :smokin:

Hi Paddy, Dont know about that site must check it out now, another one is rdhjapan.com

P.S. seen you in Drogheda at the weekend parked in at the bus station, your bus looks well hey, sits very well! I drove past in a white type-r

Mick spec c has brought in his own cars, he'll be able to give you good advice on this I reckon

IBC is were I bought my car!
There is an auction history button somewere on the screen that tells you what that type of car usually goes for
If you are doing anything you had better get your thumb out before new vrt!

Hello Nicknack,

Access to proper auction sale sites is restricted from the general public, with many of them only letting registered bidders to see all auction info

I would recommend buying a car from USS Auctions as a place to buy from Japan. They sell about 40,000 cars per week

They are a very well respected auction house. In order to bid in their Auction your need to be from Japan and be a registered buyer. There are many companies who offer purchase services from USS. USS do not even grade the cars themselves to remain totally impartial.

I have bought a couple of cars from USS via an agent, if you send me a PM I will run through how to get average sale prices / histories etc

Cheers,

Michael

I'd say stop teasing yourself
some times it's more about wanting what you have than having what you want!

Between two minds at the minute. might not but still just enquiring before this feckin tax thing in july ye know

hi nick nack,
A mate of mine imported a legacy through them, grade 4 or 4.5 and he was very impressed with the car and service. The car is in suberb condition apart from a little crack on the front splitter which was noted and known about. The interior was spottless, would swear you were looking into a brand spanking new car.

So thats a bit of positive feedback for them
Pete

Nick nack,

I also imported mine from them. Great service - avail 24 hours with any questions you have.

Mine was a grade 4 and was really impressed with the condition. Like a new car.

Only thing I will say is when i was reading reviews about them i heard they can be more expensive than other sites. Don't know how much truth is in that..

Also if your worried about the new vrt - mine took exactly 3 months to import so if you were to buy now you'd be risking it arriving after July if there were any delays.
