Irish Retro and Classic car show, Naas, 26th July

Howdy folks,

Is anyone planning to enter or going to this show?

I know they say on their Facebook page that they are looking for cars 25 years and older, but they might be lenient if there's a club stand or something.

Any ideas? I'm going to fire them off and email and see what happens.

They've flat out rejected mine, saying cars need to be 25 years or older. No mention about club stands.

They could have been a bit more polite, but sure it is what it is.

15 euro for car entries if you're accepted, 25 euro per adult if you plan to go down.

Aye, and it's not 25 say for a car with 2 adults and 2 kids, it's 25 for the adults each and 15 per child. An 80 euro day out.
I'll stick with the cars and coffee, I think.

Yeah, I get the feeling that they want to keep certain cars/car owners out (IS200's/Altezzas/Chasers), but it's just too much on the wallet when there's C&C's like Limerick, Dundalk and Bray with the same type of motor for nothing.
