hi guys as times are hard i just got 199 euro from the revenue you have to ask them for a BALANCING STATEMENT you can only go back 3 years then they send you a statment for the years previous my good friend got just under 700 euro , the first year i owed them 46 euro but they said that they would not be looking for it but if they owe you they send you out the cheque , you must contact the income tax office and dont accept any of the prerecorded options on the phone just wait for a person to answer have your rsi no ready then tell them you want a balancing statment for the last three years , seriously do it let me know how you get on ,,,infact dont trust me google it
 
I rang them last year looking for the same.

First year I owed them 500+ and was told they would diver it over current year.
Second year think they owed me 19
Couldnt do last year as not all in and better off waiting or she could go back year before 500+.Advised me better off waiting could be the same as 19 but if they went back could be another 500+

Told them to wait and forgot about it.Received a call from me da last week in November who advised that he thought he was rich.After getting cheque for 1100.Should have been 1600 but they subtracted what was owed for year 1.

Rushed straight home and gave it to wifie :icon_lol: or maybe i just cashed it :dontknow:

Ya guys I do this every year. There takin enough of our money so don't let the fcukers keep more on ye. They won't notify ye of anything they owe ye so make sure to phone them.
 
got 2.5k back last year and few hundred for previous 2 years.....all because a mate told me to check it online....this year i reckon will be the sting in the tail and i''ll owe them!!!

Changed job mid year with a large change in rate of pay!!!!

I'd say they will owe me a few quid anyway! (with any luck)
 
theres a crowd called greenmoney.ie...the got me back over 2k in total going back over 5 years..they take 10% but they do everything for you and get more than you would on your own...you can claim for everything...doctor visists...rent allowance...clothes for work.

look them up if you have been on salary for the last 5 years its worth it
