Leaky tail lights 05 impreza, solutions/advice?

So it seems my tail lights are leaking into the boot and I believe this is a common issue?
Anyone give me a quick and easy solution if possible.
Help needed before the boot becomes a paddling pool
 
Replacing the seals is the quickest and best way from what I've read here.
 
I've fitted a new rubber seal on the boot a few
months back so it can't be that, I'm guessing it's the lights as they were removed when the bumper was off getting sprayed.
I'll put the gopro in the boot overnight and see what happens as the rain has returned here now.
 
The rear lights leak over time do you know if they have been siliconed in or do they have the proper gasket kit?
 
This is what your after but out of stock on icp, had a similar problem on a gc8 and the proper foam gaskets sorted it.

Looking back at photos from when we stripped the car for painting I can see the foam is hanging off the lights, I'd say it was badly worn and we switched it and I completely forgot ro replace it.
I'll check tomorrow but I don't remember even putting it back on.
