Legacy (BH5) rear camber adjustment question

Had the leggy into the NCT yesterday and failed on rear tyres and emissions.
I have a "new"(second hand 😂) downpipe to put in once the new gaskets arrived so not to worried about that, so long as the turbo bolts come loose handy.

The tyres in the rear have too much camber in them so wearing out the inside. Have put two new tyres on the front and put the fronts to the back but still need to work out the rear camber.
Will the rear eccentric bolts fix the camber or will that affect toe at the same time? The garage said they couldn't adjust the camber 🤷‍♂️

I saw a lad on YouTube saying I need an alignment bolt on where the strut/hub meet (
). Anyone know is it the same as the front alignment bolt?

Any advice would be great. The car is lowered on Tein Flex Z coilovers so I'm sure the slight drop in height is affecting the camber also.
