Anybody have any good experiences of any London hotels, Not restricted to any particular areas.

Just looking for something handy to get to and from

Park Plaza Hotel near Victoria is decent, fairly central, near undergound so rest of London is fairly accessible

Stayed in this place last year Pete www.hoxtonhotels.com

Very trendy hotel in the east end of London. Probably not the best location if you want central but assuming you're going to buy a 3 or 5 day travel ticket then it really doesn't matter in London.

Loads of restaurants & bars around that area & the hotel bar itself will be rammed with trendy people at the weekends. Needless to say myself & the missus just went to bed but you and your designer stubble would fit in perfectly

They have a £1 room sale starting later this week as well, its advertised on their website.
