Mitsubishi lancer 1.3 Crankshaft Pulley question

Does anyone know if i need a torque setting for replacing a 98 Mitsubishi lancer 1.3 Crankshaft Pulley
and should there be a pin to hold the pulley in place.

pity i don't have one i might try get down to the local garage and use one will it be ok with the timing on the engine or will the gun knock it off ?
