Octane Boostaholics
Anyone no where where they definitely grow or if they are in season yet? Obviously I'm not planning on doing anything illegal its for a friend for a college research project.
 
dunno but i'll take a punnet off ya when ya get sorted, I'm doing some research myself :whistle:

Up beside the Hell Fire Club is a spot where they are know to sprout, so I am told. Or if you get the no.16 bus up to Rathfarnham and get off at a pub called Alan's on the Glancree road (as far as I can remember) and look for any field with sheep you should be able to conduct some research. The pub may or may not be still there but it was a biker pub so it could beburnrd down, turned into apartments etc......

its Dohertys pub you are talkin bout used to be Alans but most of the area is sprayed now but up around bohnabreena there is plenty!!

its amazing how you can pick a fungus from the ground and it enlightens you to your surroundings and makes you feel connected and actually a part of something bigger, instead of governments ,who deliberately try to make you feel isolated and promote greed and trigger survival instincts by making you hoard bits of paper as value...feeding you stories day after day about how your money is not safe..then a couple of years recession is gone..spend spend spend..more debt.....not even paper now but digits on a screen..and they tell you its illegal for you to pick a fungus from the earth and eat it...illegal.crazy.

A friend of mine told me.....

Head up the hill and past powerscourt, follow the road and you'll come to a skinny bridge over the dargle. About 5 feet past the bridge on the left is a field :thumbsup:

Big field!!

Beware of them liberty caps though, they're supposably powerful :icon_rolleyes: :icon_redface:
