She's here at last! 10 weeks since i bought her from japan,
So worth waiting for.. I love it. I dont know how quick she is just yet because I'm driving her like a granny (not that i drive many grannies)
cause she's not getting mapped till 25th of this month so running on lots of lucas booster and taking it real handy, but the brakes are fantastic and she goes around corners quicker (even when you're not trying) than my old foresters.
I'm bringing her over to powerstation/litchfeild (uk 06 time attack champs in a 2.5 impreza) at the end of the month to get lowered on eibach springs, plus four wheel alingment, fog lights fitted into the front bumper because there is no hole for them at the mo, front splitter, full millteck 3''exhaust with sports cat, K&N induction, and remap for 95ron plus lucas booster. can any one suggest any thing else i should do while I'm getting work done?
i have to do it all at once other wise the wife will notice i've been messing with "her" new car, she doesn't exactly know what's getting done in uk, she thinks I'ts just something to make the car run safer on irish petrol (true) and fog lights ( also true)!!

I'm so looking forward to being able to drive her properly, my right leg is getting cramps from restraining myself from planting the throttle out of every junction and roundabout. I'll put up more pics after i get the work done

yeh she was at mondello last monday. i was out on track with the grey r32 skyline uk reg, so my wife does the petrol runs! two and a half tanks of petrol for 260km so she did a few runs for me!
A good mate of mine has brought a few cars in from japan for himself he has been very unlucky though! some times coming in with damage that wasn't there when he bought at auction or engine damage that doesn't show up on auction sheets! but because this car was so new grade 5 with 2700km on the clock and still had the plastic film on the peddles, sills and carpets and the generous grond clearance to keep the bumpers safe getting on and off transports we thought it was a safe enough gamble and it paid off thank god  so the cash i saved by not going through someone that would guarantee her for me is going toward getting the works done in two weeks! lucky, a bit silly maybe!
