why wrong? i would force 90% of parents to use the damn thing in ireland. ( no offence )

damn kids like little hitlers: no respect, no authorities, no fears. i would carry one with me, so i can use it on kids, which running, making noise, annoying, bump in to people in restaurants while parents do feck all...
