for any nascar fans out there sky sports arent showing it anymore, but you can watch it live on the open access 3 channel....
its sky channel 190 or if you have a free to air satelight you can get it aswell.....
live tonite at 7......

you can watch live cup practice,qualifing and the natiowide races etc on www.justin.tv......
the picture quality can be a bit dodgy but its better than watching eastenders or something :tongue:
just click on sports and see whats on live.....i usually check the www.speedtv.com tv schedule to see what motorsport is on for the week......
