nct on friday the 13th

yeah i've had good news all day also strange friday the 13th but fook it worked out for some off us

HOw did they sort out the AWD on the wheel rollers ? or do ya hae to go to special test centre?

@swerve i take you mean for the brakes :ponder:they bring the car outside on the road
with a g meter in the front and drive up the road and hit the brakes,then do the same with the handbrake :thumbsup:
 
when mine failed the nct on lamda sensor i forgot to tell them its 4wd :doh: what happens if they put it on that brake test machine :ponder: i was not watching my car during the test so i dont know what happened when the car went on the brake test machine
 
Thought the only way they could do the break test was to bring the car up the road :dunno:
They used always ask if it was 4WD or not, know they just know cause I always arrive with a Scooby :D
Norman that works up there told me they can't do it on the rollers cause it would rip the transmission out of the car and then I'd be very upset :D
@ Cally, you positve they didn't drive her? They only go up as far as that windscreen place and back :dunno:

They just skipped the brake test altogether on my car, was watching like a hawk even though I told them she was 4wd, they just drove straight over the rollers and up onto the ramp for underside inspection.

But it was the last test of the evening & the boys were looking to head home :dunno:
