Two friends of mine are after setting up this site. Www.totalgaacoach.com. If ye could visit the site,sign up for the forum and like it on facebook for anyone on it. It would help them alot to get the ratings up on the site. If anyone is into coaching teams or underage teams there are mountains of information on there to help out and the guys will answer any questions anyone has regarding any areas of training, mobility or any aspects of training regimes. Even if ye have no interest in it if ye could just sign in it would be great. :thumbsup:
