oil change!?

im using 5w/30 but i read thats not good
this one:

and they recommend this for 2l turbo forester :
Magnatec 5W-30 A1

I put Mobil 15 w 50 supersyn in mine. Is good stuff.............

I use to use the Castrol but changed to the Motul 300V Competition 15W-50 and found it better.
