opel combo engine

ive been approached by a friend looking a new engine for a opel combo . its 2006 ,1.3 cdti . im also told a corsa engine might be suitable .

any pointer on where to look for a half decent one !

Rang a mate today who owns tallaght truck and van dismantlers
He said parts for them are like rocking horse sh*t
He said a place up north called bridge van beakers might have some

There's a place on the old N2 just south of Ashbourne, N2 auto salvage, might be worth a shot.
