Opinion on Axle stands at lidl.

Ye have 2 sets of thees and 2 sets of halfords ones there ok the legs fold up but there safe to use  halfords are better for 20 lids i think there a bit stronger

I had my mates golf up on these and they done the job. Neat enough to store away handy in the boot too.

I see they have the torque spanner going on sale too. A few of us were talking about this at the terenure show last weekend. Will have to pick myself up one

They can only sell a product that has prooven it capable of what its rated too, don't exceed their recommended limits and they will be fine

The torque spanner are top quality I have one and have been using it for some tough jobs and it never let me down.

I have halfords jack stands and just noticed these lidl ones can fold up - the halfords ones can't which is a nuisance for storage. Actually before i saw the latest lidl offers i used that LED light strip they are selling (its excellent) at the weekend together with halfords jack stands, jack and torque wrench...

afaik the axle stands are ok for home use, the tools arent though... never get tools from lidl unless your stuck for one job!!
personally i wouldnt leave a car sit on them axle stands for long though, just to sure. it is lidl after all lol.
