Need to send a set of headers and up pipe to US so need to get some packing material to the the box, anyone know anywhere that i can get the likes of those packing chips or foam packaging etc around Dublin?
 
Buy some pipe insulation in local hardware shop, it comes in 6ft lenghts but you can just cut it up and place it in and around the headers in the box :thumbsup:

dan , who are you using to get the box across the pond , as i have one i need sent over aswell .
 
I may have a roll or 2 come the weekend of foam underlay that's used with laminate floors. If that is any use to you then let me know and I'll put it aside for you.
 
Iooked at the pipe covering and I would need a lot of it so maybe not the best for a large box. Bubble wrap/foam packaging would be best

A mark I might be interested in that stuff. Is it expensive to buy. I might raid the attic and see if I have any spare packaging up there!
