Penalty points question

just wondering what happens when you get 12 penalty points.. how long do you lose the Licence for.. when you get it back have you still points on it.. not asking for me but a friend of mine is headin that I'd say just wondering what the story is

I think its 6months first time or possibly a year . Ya get your licence back with a"clean slate". No points but your insurance co will SLAUGHTER you for it!!! :shoot: :shoot:

6 months off the road , clean licence when you get it back.
Only Hibernian have access to the penalty point system.
ie. they were the only company who would offer a reduction for no point's
so Martin Cullen told the rest to fook off (good call ) .............that may of changed
since i checked it last.

Ya but if you haven't been up front and something happens your insurance is as good as null and void...........bit of a gamble to take
