THINK I SAW CHEAP ENOUGH ONES (80) in argus window the other day.

Have a LOOK TOMORROW FOR YOU.

:smokin:

I got a grand RAC one in Homebase a while back. €95, hasn't let me down yet. Decent pressure from it for the money.

if you want one that lasts or you need to get parts for it kratcher probally one of the best i think argos do them also kranzle are good bit pricey though

What do you want to use it for Keith?

If its just to give the car a wash then any of the above will be perfect, but if you want to wash the house or path etc you need the bigger jobbys

think its actually to wash the car believe it or not , Karcher seem to be the job Nick spec c and sweetcakes have really good ones and have used both to wash my car and wouldnt fault them at all

Ask Nicky Keitho, think he got his in woodies recently for half price... really good deal from what i remember, just double check where he bought it to be sure though

Also, Nilfisk would be good if you could find one at good value

I've an old one here. Not a brand name or anything but it does the job. Your welcome to it if you want. Even if its just to tie you over until you get yourself one.

Hello Keith,

I have a Karcher one in my house, which I lent to my brother. He must have left water in it that froze over winter, it possibly has an o-ring or pipe cracked

Its just over a year old and I would say it would be easy enough to repair

As I got another one for free, feel free to have this one

Cheers,

Michael

got the very same one from argos.its very handy to reel up the hose and plug and not pulling them along after the washer.
most importantly i think is to try and get one with a 6 meter long hose at least as you can walk freely around the whole car without having to move the washer

The one i got Keith was the karcher anniversary edition with €140 worth of extras free cost me €225 in woodies,
the Vario lance on the karcher is great, any other washer i've used has made me feel uneasy when cleaning the car with the kind of spray from the nozzle but the vario one has a greater fan and great spray from it, seems to be allot safer!
maybe you could take a trip out to Karcher on the Nangor Road.

Quite a common problem apparently Mick, there is a small internal plastic tank that cracks when the water freezes and expands. If keitho doesn't want it, I'll take it off your hands and try to fix it

Sound man Mick im sure ill get it going again let me know when you around and ill pop over to you.
Some karma 4 you.

I cant recommend the washer i have enough,i got it in woodies 2 years ago on special offer-reduced from 399 to 250. Its a homelite petrol 152bar/2000psi washer. Petrol washers are far superior to electric. It has a briggs and stratton engine and will suck and dilute detergents as well. Connect the garden hose, stick the detergent pipe in a bucket of shampoo or whatever, spray on with low pressure nozzle, switch to high pressure nozzle to rinse. I know they still do this offer from time to time so watch out for it-its a great tool, its used to wash my truck no problem.

Thanks to Michael Spec C i now have a karcher one, the water outlet pipe had split got a new one on flee bay 3.99
So she is 100% again thanks again Michael some karma on the way to you
Ill have to sort you out with a few quid.
Thanks again.
