For Bill customizing cars is a way of expressing himself, whether it's to increase aesthetic value or overall performance, he believes every modification has a purpose. Bill's experience in modifying came at an early age, when he began building cars with his father. The STI has been worked on in various locations and he gives credit to many people who contributed to his project.
