looking to get one of these again!!!
had a ps3 before it fooked up and now i'm in the market to get one or the other!!!
what are your opinions or experiences????

Ps3 slimline aparently has had all the faults ironed out hence the new model , my oh has had 3 xboxs and i refuse to buy him another same faults and total pish customer service :angry1:
 
ps3 all the way have two of them one for me and one for my kid never any trouble, and the new one just out is only 300 yo yo's

plus on the PS3 you have a blue ray player ( have a look at the price of them alone ) and you can surf the net and upload pics etc much better than xbox imo :icon_headbang:
 
oh and don't forget VIDZONE over 5000 music videos of your choice at the touch of your controller provided your online with your ps3 system
 
i'm gettin the new ps3, 250gb hard drive with 2 game for 350 quid. Nothin wrong with that. Have the xbox 360 too and think its great
 
Personally I was never a playstation fan...... Bought the first of the Xbox's to be released then bought the 360 a while after they where released.... So far *touch wood* i have never had a failure yet.... and I would play it fairly regular........

Playstation 3 is good!!!!! Just not for me...
 
i prefer the Xbox, better online gaming i think and better content download available. most lads i know in that have a PS3 dont really use it for online stuff. only plus on the PS3 is the blu ray player + xbox is currently about a 100 cheaper. better xbox only game every now and again is also a plus

no 2 forza 3 should be up there with gt5
no 3 xbox is well cheaper ( but doesnt have blue ray but dvd does rightly) but how good of a blu ray player could it be to be included with a 300 yo yo console
no 4 xbox controller has evolved unlike, the ps3 controller from 1996

ps3 controller doesn't need to evolve it's perfect unlike x box controller which needs batteries for wireless use ps3 charges off usb cable

xbox controller does not need batteries , it has battery pack , BUT the cable on the xbox is over 2 metre's while the ps3 is about 2 foot so
