you will either have to go pick up the item from ur postal service depot and pay for the tax ther and then before they give you your parcel or ul recieve the item in post and maybe recieve a jaro cheque to pay the tax at the post office for it but som items dnt hav tax at all on them email the seller and ask him about the tax
I ve bought and good bit over the last few years , and never been taxed and a mate bought a jacuzzi from america , normally 9k over here for 6k including delivery and never paid anything :dunno:

Just get the seller to say its a gift.They usually do or undervalue thre goods (eg sample$5)
Very rarely got requested for charges.Ups tried it a few times but I used to be in the business and knew a bit more than the person who received my mail
