great stuff, thanks for that, i will do that, i know 2023 was the big group a Impreza show but is a normal year fairly populated with group a imprezas too? Group A is by far my favourite era so that would be my a biggest draw.
Clashes with an unavoidable wedding that I have to go to. Chances are I'll be heading next year. Drive doesn't seem too bad, especially going through the Alps.
About a 3 hour drive to rimini, if you were staying there, half hour roughly to san marino, car hire reasonable that time of year, car to stages or option of buses to stage points if ya wanted
Well worth the trip as can be done very reasonably. I've been twice. I am down to go this year but a bit far out to know 100% yet.
30 years since McRae won the title so apparently they are doing a big Group A Impreza thing again but there is also a McRae event in Knockhill week or two before so hard to know which would be better for that. Be warmer in San Marino anyway I know that.
Rimini great spot to stay - we flew into Milan both times, bit of a trek about 5 hours - but you can get in ferrari/Lamborghini museums on the way and Imola.
San marino and surrounding areas very cheap to eat and drink and weather has been good both times we were there.
