Hi Ya

Here is a couple of pics of the re - mapp that took place today, Big thanks to Damo :thumbsup: for organising and special thanks to Paul :thumbsup: for his Work. :clap:

Relieved to finally have the car mapped, Can open the taps a little more and not have to worry about it letting go :pray: :doh:

just got done myself in the wagon, did'nt think it was going to happen there for a while but pat got it sorted, pulling a lot more power now and have the smile on my face to prove it, :D, just want to say a big thanks to damien for organising it, and pat for working his stuff, great pics you got dubsti , cheers :thumbsup:

You were lookin a little concerned before I left, Glad to hear you got sorted in the end, Can't really say i've noticed any major difference yet, Although I took it handy heading back, I'll keep ya post over the next week or so as i'm sure i'll see the difference then,

Hey Niall, Pat was saying that to me earlier alright that with the CAT still in and 95 ron on its own that there wouldent be much gain apart from safety.

Got the wagon mapped on Saturday too. Would just like to say a huge thanks to Damo & Pat. Sorry about dragging you along for my session Damo, but I def would have ended up somewhere stupid with my sense of direction.

Yeah he was saying that to me alright, And I new that from the off, I have noticed that the power delivery is alot smoother with the car now, again thank for organising the map

Got my car mapped yesterday. Didn't get the gains I expected. :( Pat said he reckons its putting out around 320bhp. Very low for a turbo rated at 450bhp!! :dunno: That is just on 95ron but I still expected a lot more. :wall:
He also told me that I had only been running on it on 3 cylinders!! :shock: :shock: The nismo injectors I am running have a different off set than the connector block so it wasn't pumping fuel in!! At least its safe to drive now anyway!! :D

Also got my car remapped yesterday, all good. Mapping was straight forward , only thing that was causing problems was my driving technique.....
Not sure about power gains, but tis safe now.
I will post some pics of the "Mica Red" later.
Would like to thank Pat and Damo also.
 
hey niall, at least the car will be safe, and if your getting a new car next year like you said (think your mad getting rid of the one you have by the way) at least the mapping for 95 fuel will be a good selling point for you, cheers again mate

No problem mate, I have been cursing you ever since due to the incredible headache I had for the rest of the night after sitting in the back with your Blitz exhast :eek:mg:

@Renno555: Ya sorry about that... Ha ha ha... Trust me I felt your pain. I had to drive up to Dublin and drive back to Cork with that noise also.. It's kinda brutally loud at high revs alright. Had some pounding headache by the time I got home. Davelegacy tried ringing me on the way home and I couldn't hear a word he was saying. It's grand for short spins but for prolonged spins is very tough going. Should keep a hand full of ear plugs in the glove box...!!!
