Remap help/info please

Hi guys
I have a 2003 subaru sti type uk ( blobeye ). There is no compression on one of the cylinders. I am planning on doing a rebuild with a 2.2 stroker kit and do a few upgrades. I am aiming for around 400 bhp.
I am looking for someone who could do the remap for me ( maybe standalone ecu )
Do you guys know of someone?

you wouldn't need a standalone ECU to get to your horsepower target, just get the standard ECU remapped and you'll be good to go.
