Sunday Drivers
ive been researching this for the past while the conversion seems pretty strate forward remove the viscous coupling in the center diff and weld it up obviously by a pro!most of the lads doing this have STI,s and want to drift them but the problem is their blowin up their rear diffs cos it cant take 300 odd hp,but was thinkin would this not be a perfect mod for the 1.6,s cos what does every 1 say bout them their to heavy and under powered for the awd system so assuming the 1.6,s dont suffer from the same thing it would be a good performance upgrade cos they loose like 8-10% through the system, what u lads think?

The N/A 2.0 RX it might work with. The 1.6 might be doubtful. I'm sure you'd get it sideways for a small amount of time but I'm sure the weight would eventually overwhelm it and no more spinning the rears.

your still dragging all the gearbox/driveshafts centre diff it wont be any faster bar you might be able to put it sideways a small bit
dont waste your time save and get a type r if you want to act the maggot
