Saggy Door Syndrome!

Lads,
does anyone know how to adjust a Dorma RTS85 door closer, the one in the office here sags open with the slightest bit of wind and im freezn me knackers off at this stage. Ive tried my best with the two screws on the top of the frame but she just wont play ball. Im typrin with frozen hands here! Any help appreciated, lunch on me for the winner!

Better pics attached,basically with the door fully closed wind can push the door open and it stays open.

not familiar with these doors but check along the top of the door leaf itself and there should be a series of allen key heads , (usually 3) it will be trial and error adjusting them as usually one will control speed from fully open to within a few inches of closing , another will govern how fast the door closes the last few inches and other will determine how free or otherwise the door can be pushed to open it , im just basing that on the concealed door closer that we currently use on our industrial/commercial doors ,
