Samsung Galaxy S3 Screen Repair?

Missus dropped her phone last night & screen lost the fight. Anyone have any experience of these repair lads on donedeal & adverts that qoute €65 to do the job. Seems all the registered companies charge €200. I think the official repair replaces glass screen, along with lcd display & digitiser(whatever that is!). Cheaper crowd only replace the glass. I know the screens are bonded in & its not recommended to replace screen only but for 1/3 the price its got to be worth a punt?

Have heard if not used for a few months screen will bubble up. Think it needs heat to keep screen bonded in. Mate has his in a drawer for a little over a year and that happened?

Only used them for I phones/pods but am sure they can do Samsung aswell

Cracked the screen on my S3 2 weeks ago, after dropping it in the toilet 3 week before that :nono: .. Poor phone :scoobydoo:
 
Good man tom tom. Keitho is getting me the number for a place tomorrow too so I'll see what the story is then
