Spider-Man VS Dublin junkie/scumbag

He's on Henry street the whole time. The guards took his suit so he was juggling last Friday.
He is a nuisance and quite demanding.
Portuguese I think.
Not sure what the junkie done.
 
As above he is a pain in the hole
Had to tell him to fook off twice before looking for a euro to take a pic with the kids
 
It was on the radio all week, the junkie stole the money from his cup, he kept him there til the cops came
 
He was doing that on Tuesday, looking for money to take a pic with kids walking by. Skinny as a pick and only about 5ft to boot.
