Stella and Stella Custom

The new Stella and Stella Custom being launched in Japan today. They are only a JDM car and are not being sold outside Japan but I would rock the Custom one. They look to be a Kei car which have lower road tax rates like the Suzuki Alto Works but not 100% on that.
