Sticking on Door trim

Hey all.
Sorry for annoying you with my inane questions again.
I was hoping one of you could tell me what kind of double sided tape or glue/sealant is industry used for attaching plastic and rubber trim to cars?
I have a 2001 GC8 Impreza and the rubber trim on the rear door just fell off last week and the stuff left on the door just seems to be thin adhesive strips that look ropey enough.
Just hoping to put it back on and for it not to fall off when I’m driving on the motorway

Looks like 3M double sided tape.
Motor factors would have or alternatively Woodies DIY....

Just get the old stuff removed & surface cleaned...before reapplying the trim

Try it and see. Pretty sure 3M do specific automotive tape, but it might work.

Probably would be better looking for the stronger stuff....similar to what was on before....

Any motor factors should have it
