SUBARU FORESTER STI... importing

Hi all, I've found an absolute cracker of an sti for import. Ive only ever seen one other forester sti in Ireland, up in the Sligo area. Just looking for some info on them, mostly the pitfalls. Cheers all






 
One had a big off in Mondello a few months ago rolled a few times
That and another blue one on here are the only 2 I know of
Body parts are very hard to get if you do have a bang
900 euro for front headlight just for 1
That one looks very clean great car with loads of room for the family
 
No family to worry about..it's mental...and rare..price is right and she caught the eye.

Thats a beaut. Isnt that a 2.5? Is that the same 2.5 that is in the hawks and hatch STi's.?
Always thought I prefer the blue in the forester until I saw that car.

They are different.

They are based same as a US ej255 wrx. With side feed injectors like classic impreza. The top mount intercooler is also smaller wrx with sti logo.
 
Didnt know that. Does that mean they dont suffer from same issues dicussed in previous threads about the 2.5??
 
far as i know victors black sti one is still for sale in sligo. had it on here for sale. its some car.
