Subaru Legacy Chassis Engine/Frame code

I am looking at importing a 2001 or 2002 Subaru Legacy B4 RSK Turbo from Japan. The chassis number for this model is BE5. However, the auction sites that I am looking at have listings for GF-BE5 and also TA-BE5. These cars seem to have the same spec. I can't seem to find out easily what the difference between them is. Anyone out there who can enlighten me?
 
ta-be5 is the later model bigger turbos.. denso ecu..jap models start late 01 mine is an 01 ta-be5 or my02..slightly different headlights and grill aswell
