super coolant???

i was talking to a guy that sells this product, http://liquidintelligence115.com.au/

and apparently it increased the hp of a motor bike engine by changing the coolant, has any body ever used or heard of such a product, if its true to me thats pretty impresive.

Id find it very very difficult to see how changing coolant levels etc could increase BHP!!!
Open to correction tho (as always)

It would certainly stop heat related problems that might cause loss of power! But that would have to be very high heat surely?
