Tayto Park views

Kids loved it!

I thought it was sh*t

Most of the animal enclosures were overgrown and ya couldn't see anything!

We were only there on the june bank holiday

Absolutely nô hurry to go back again

Was going to go a few weeks ago with her nephew but he informed us it was crap!
So Clara Lara it was instead.
Most people I know who have been to tayto park won't go back.

Very little to it. Kids of a certain age like the climbing frame, the rest of it is very ordinary

My 6 year old went with school trip he loved it
10 year old nephew said it's just ok seems expensive for a family day out

Clara Lara is great craic Ken. The steel water slide is great. Loads to do and best to have spare clothes with ya and to go wearing shorts. Great for kids who love water, mud and climbing!!

Went on that slide 4 times when I was there.
Scared the sh1t out of me every time!

Great place to go. Bring a picnic and spare clothes with you.
You can also use their BBQ's to cook up food.
19euro each in for the day, no other extra costs to use the stuff there.

Didn't want to say it Graham... but it scared the boll*x out of me too. :icon_redface: I hate heights and the initial drop is fairly scary! :shock2:

Clara Lara for me aswell
always do the picnic and bring a little tent
We buy the season ticket and let other family members use it also
Funny watching the kids in the go karts some funny contacts
Slide is great I've stopped going on It
:icon_omg:

It's only down the road from me and I wouldn't bother going again. If you're up this far, the zoo is a much better option imo and similarly priced. Tayto is good for young kids as you can get up close to the rabbits, chickens, etc and the kids really enjoyed the playground but the climbing frame and trampoline thing cost extra. Factory you is shite. Best part of the day for me was getting a free bag of tayto on the way out.

I thought Clara Lara closed down, didn't realise it was still open, Defo bring the kids there. How much is it now?

Its seasonal with them... They only open a few months of the year. As Graham said its worth getting golden bracelet.. Covers all for the day.
