I think its going to take a while for it to have any real impact in the UK & Ireland anyway.
Any ex-works car is worth too much to rally competitively anymore along with a non existent parts supply.
There would need to be a supply chain in place such as there is for Mk2 Escorts.
There seems to be a decent amount of Cosworth Group A stuff about Europe but still need deep pockets to build a good Group A spec rep.
I'm sure there will be a certain amount of clubman type Evo 4/5/6 & Impreza GC8 that eventually get papers which end up being a mix of Group A & N spec.
These classes are more than likely only going to be implemented on FIA international events also.
Its a pity also that with all these new classes they still have Group A & N 4WD in the same class so those clubman spec period cars will be wiped by proper Group A spec cars.
