time for new tyres , need advice

Have to get 4 new tyres soon as the tyre wall is damaged on 3 out of the 4 wheels :new_puppy_dog_eyes: thread is still well within legal limit :new_2gunsfiring_v1: .

Anyway can any one recommend a good brand , want something with good grip and wear if possible am currently wearing 215/40 17 stunner tyres and thinking of goin up to 45 with profile as roads are gettin worse with our lovely summer weather :angry1: .

Id recommend Goodyear Eagle F1's, I have them on my type-r and they are very good wet or dry, but not cheap :doh:
 
eagle f1's is what ill be puttin on if i get these wheels im after

215 45 17 is what im thinkn of
 
go to technical FAQ there is a whole post in there about tyres, and sizes. most people have put a say of some sort in there

were you stunned at how bad they were. as the lads said above one of the traders has goodyear f1 for 100 lids a corner.good tyres are essential the only thing between you and the road . :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
