just wondering if there is such a thing :ponder: was out for a spin today when a civic came up behind me with a frount mount i thought its just a typr r with intercooler for show :lol: :doh: ha me thinks i was wrong floored it and the little pr **k was still there now bear in mind we were on good backroads and couldnt shake him off just wondering if you could buy one from factory or has somebody bolted on there own. any how was very surprized at the power in it and the handling
 
think theres a supercharged model around but very few.....
lad in dunshaughlin that does conversions on them!!!!!!

yep they are real there are two around my way a white one which got sold a few weeks ago could be that one and a black one.

super quick.

my mate is getting a friends sir civic which has 220 already and is going for a stage 2 conersion turbo kit which will bring it up around the 330 mark.
 
There is a good few of them starting to come through now, I was going to buy one costing about 2500 europes for the complete kit about 3 years ago. The only thing Vtec and turbo are not really the best setup, they cause trouble in the long run unless properly built and looked after and we all know what them young fellas are like at looking after their engines :lol:
 
all the internals have to be upgraded to fit anthing from the stage 2 kit up.

stage one is only a small kit and doesnt involve anything been changed.

I had one before the Scoob, supercharged 246hp, but the went down to a "safe" 238hp.... absolute ripper and animal handling :thumbsup:

to be honest dave dont really know when i got it mapped pat reckoned 310 ish :dunno:
the civic was white well whatever it was its a quick bus what shocked me was the handling he was hanging in there very well :)

I was in the states 2 years ago and got a spin in a 580whp EP3 ( I think thats the model ) civic ( 92-95 model )

The thing was completely standard on the outside except for the massive front tyres, an ultimate sleeper!!.

Revved up to 10k and did a quarter mile in 10.5 sec :shock:

A very very quick car :thumbsup:

This is probably the best car mag I've ever read, you could "flick" through 10 max powers before you got half way through one of these, so much information :thumbsup:
