Unit/garage to rent

As above lads myself and a mate or two are looking to rent a unit/garage.

Does anyone know of any going on the cheap.

Does not need any tools just room for a couple of cars to work on and electricity etc

Dublin area north side preferred.

There used to be a few private garages at the back of Hollywell road in the lanes, I know a lad who used to rent one for panel beating..this would be over 10 years back but they might still be there
