got a virus earlier today on my laptop dont know were it came from.

just to let you all know incase it pops up it was telling me i needed anti virus and i had 41 virus on my computer.

came up in the little tool bar on the bottom right off my screen and made it feel real. would not let me on the net or do anything.

its called Antivirus2008y incase it comes up.

Yeah,

my brothers gilrlfried had one called vista antivirus 2008. Its spyware really with a trojan.

If you download ad-aware it will get rid of it ad run a virus scan to get rid of worms

if you want free spyware go to download.com there put in a search for "spybot search and destroy" should get rid of it.

kaspersky will remove it free 1 month trial but i would recommend buying it

Keith just reboot ur pc to a week ago or anytime before u got the virus, that should sort the problem.

i got rid off it yesterday thats how i couldn log on all day.

i noticed a guest viewing my 2008 review vid and then a min later wack.

just downloaded AVG ANTIVIRUS and it got it.
