vodaphone home broadband any1 using it

just wondering is it any good compared to eircom home broadband cos there's no line rental with vodaphone so ye would be saving 20/25 euro a month on line rental..
 
A few customers use it, and have only heard good things so far :thumbsup:

I have it in about 2 weeks, got a wireless modem off them in the post and it was broke, so i rang them they said they will post out a new one and it will take 3 days that was about 8 days ago :angry1: :angry1:
 
How did it brake Keith? Just wasn't broadcasting wireless or something?

Not sure Steve the wife was sorting it out, computers and me dont get on :comp26: :comp26:
She was on the phone to them for 2 hour's trying to sort it but at the end of all that they said the moden was broke and they would send a new one out.
That was 8 sorry 9 days ago.
 
just rang vodafone last week about it so any day now i'l be changed over
they say about 30 quid a bill cheeper so i'l let u know how i get on :thumbsup:
 
I'm with 3ireland only 19.99€ a month and its fine for browsing, slow for uploading and slowish for youtube. its perfect for isdc.ie though :653: :subaru:
 
changed over no prob
broadband was not workin after the switch so :653: i rang
vodafone' a nice guy talked me tru a few changes i had to make to the eircom
wireless yoke settings and its perfect! they also sent me a vodafone wireless yoke
so i now have that as a spare! and its a big help when u can understand the guy on the other side of the phone if u know what i
mean
