driving trough shankill yesterday coming up to lights when i noticed a blue peugeot slowing down as the light went amber then 3 guys jumped out and one guy ran to the front my car with his hands out like trying to get me to stop.
whial the other two ran to the drivers side of my car.
at this stage the blu peugeot turned left braking the lights.
thay where travelers by the sound of there accent
so i put the boot down and went straight for him he jumped out of my way and smacked his fists on my roof as the other two tryed to put there hands in my window to grab me.
i had no choice to brake the lights lucky i made it trough whitout making an accedent

i then went to garda in shankill thay where very helpfull and sound guys
thay told me there was a blue peugeot stolen and guy going around braking into houses to steele car keys to do jobs.
the gards told me that if that ever happens it ok to brake the light if safe to do so.

so just be carfull around that part at night

This was a lad I know off another site that i'm involved with but thought it would be a good idea to throw up here for all to see.

Pikey ba$tards, was it a performance car paddy or were they just trying to steal any old car?

I always leave enough room in front of me when stopped at lights just in case someone tries to get into my car.

He had a S14 Turbo, had a bit of a kit on it and stuff and probably loud as hell i'd say!
But just to be aware that this is happening and where it is happening.
 
Same sorta thing happened around the corner from me,lad was driving in his X5 Beemer,3 lads(pikeys)bumped him from behind,he pulled over to get details,2 of the other lads jumped out ran over to his car from the blind side and jumped in and took it...the driver followed leaving the X5 owner standing there..... :evil: :evil:

this is the exact reason i allways lock my doors even in ''good areas'' of dublin. they often to it to trades men while there at the vans. they pull up in their van so close to your side door that you cant get to them and they just trnasfer the tools across. ive t two week old girl in the car now and if they tried this ied mow anything and everything down that got in my way. :angry:

yeah its dublin alright, im not sure of wherebouts shankhill actually is cause dont know the capital that well but it's definately there anyway.

audi a4 was taken few doors down from me the other nite they broke in and went just for the keys off it.

fella i know was working for capital bar and the owners skoda rs was taken the same way. woke up to find every light on in the house and just the car gone.

gards were sayin its the 5th rs to go this month same situation and two off the owners were awaking by the robbers holding there kettle full off boiling water over them getting poured on them to get the keys off the car.

well all i can say is,is it better to lock your car up safe as safe or not if its coming to assaulting people like that for a car

one off my swords would be shaving a head off from the neck if i found someone in my house
 
and to think that you would get in trouble if you ran them over, or bet the crap out of them if they broke into your house, what sort a country are we living in at all nowadays :angry:

Totally agree with ye there johnny, its mad that you cant protect whats yours. And just something my grandad was told by a guarda... if they are in your house then do whatever you want, kill the fooker if u want to... then get a hammer wrap his hand around it so there's finger prints and then say he came at you. Guards then wont give a shite about those scumbags
 
Thanks for letting us know. I park near the graveyard there most days, so will need to be careful. I guess it's not so bad now that it's light when I get there and the park is always very busy, but I will keep an eye out.
 
that bloke nally is a fookin legend...
its easy to say that you'd do this and that if you caught someone at yer car
but if some scummer is over your bed with boiling water or whatever...theres not much else to do other than sh*t yourself!!!!!
