I was over there for Thursday and Friday and in a couple of sections you could see how much Craig was pushing particularly on stage 7. fair play here's hoping they get a few more pound to get him out for the rallies they are putting that auld french lad back in for!

I'd be surprised if he's paid much if at all. Most lads apart from the factory teams pay there way, I would even say some factory drivers also contribute to drive.

It's not until there a regular rally winner that there paid well.

I often wondered how much meeke is paid.

Breen is a much better quality driver than meeke and holds it together, give him some time to up his pace.

Definitely a future WRC champion.

If Meeke could hold it together for a season, I'd like to see him get a title also.
 
The drivers have to come up with money far as I know.

Very little as I said above, until he is world champion he wont be taking home any 7 figure salary. Most lads would be happy to have a free works drive anyway.

A lot of drivers even at top level pay to drive, from F1 to WRC.

Ohh and there used to be more WRC cars in Ireland than at a WRC rally
